Refund policy

At Thrift Syndicate, we take pride in offering quality pre-owned electronics, apparel, and collectibles. Each item is carefully inspected, tested, and described accurately prior to sale.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Returned items must be in the same condition as received and include all original packaging or accessories (if applicable).

• No restocking fee applies.

• Final sale items (including those in our “Clearance” collection) are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at help@thriftsyndicate.com with your order number and photos of the item (if applicable). Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing after we receive your return.
